Business Initiative
The Ethos Business Initiative equips students in grades 3–8 with the skills to build real, sustainable businesses through hands-on workshops and mentorship. This website section is designed to support and showcase their entrepreneurial journey. The main page overviews the initiative, general updates, and honorable mentions of standout student work. The Business Posts page offers supplemental resources and materials that reinforce workshop concepts and help deepen students’ understanding. Each competition year has its dedicated page, which includes important details such as workshop schedules, sign-up forms, submission links, and competition winners, ensuring participants and mentors have everything they need in one place.
Mission
The Ethos Business Initiative aims to equip students in grades 3–8 with the foundational skills, mindset, and mentorship needed to build real, sustainable businesses. Through hands-on workshops, students learn teamwork, budgeting, marketing, and problem-solving—developing the confidence and capability to become responsible entrepreneurs who value both profit and purpose.
